Weekly Hours : 32.00

Salary Range : $32 - $48 per hour

Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse (RN) , you will play a vital role in providing individualized nursing care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include :

Utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes / planning, implementation, and evaluation)

Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care

Caring for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up

Coordinating care, conducting assessments, and providing education

Serving as charge nurse and delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel

You will function within the scopes and standards of nursing practice, ensuring safe and reliable care delivery.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA)

Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred

One year of long-term care, subacute care, or medical / surgical experience preferred

Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing

Maintains required certifications and completes necessary CEUs and competency training
