Texas Telehealth Registered Nurse

A company is looking for a Telehealth Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

Provide telephonic patient care, developing and evaluating comprehensive care plans for various disease states

Educate patients on medication adherence and disease management through outbound calls

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient experience and continuity of care

Required Qualifications

Unrestricted current compact RN license in Texas or Arizona with the ability to obtain multi-state licensure

Must be based in Texas or Arizona

3+ years of clinical RN experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

RN Diploma, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
