Sign-On Bonus : $10,000 based on eligibility

Position Summary :

As a vital member of our Emergency Room team, you will provide direct patient care to critically ill adult patients. Your role will involve :

Utilizing critical thinking skills and decisive judgment while working with minimal supervision.

Thriving in a fast-paced, stressful environment and taking appropriate action.

Demonstrating computer proficiency for documentation and communication.

Administering medications, collecting specimens, and performing clinical treatments.

Documenting patient care and monitoring patient conditions.

Assisting patients with daily living activities, including hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.

Collaborating across disciplines to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Evaluating and addressing the learning needs of patients and families.

Advocating for the physical and emotional well-being of each patient.

Minimum Qualifications :

Education :

Associate's degree required

Bachelor's degree preferred

Certifications :

ACLS, BCLS, PALS; NIHSS certification within 90 days of hire

License :

Registered Nurse licensed to practice in the state of Kentucky
