• Practice Setting : Inpatient
• Type of cases and required procedures : Invasive and Interventional Procedures
• Credentialing timeframe : 0-30 Days
• EMR : Eclinical Works
• Certifications required : Must be Board Certified
• Licensure required : Must have active Louisiana license
