HR Administrative Support Specialist

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting HR operations? We're looking for a motivated HR Administrative Support Specialist to join our team! Job Title : HR Record Coordinator Pay Rate : $20 / hr Shift : 1st shift hours, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize both physical and digital HR records with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality
• Perform document control, data entry, scanning, and auditing tasks
• Convert hard-copy files into electronic format and update employee records in HR systems
• Collect, sort, categorize, and securely store HR-related documents
• Monitor task completion times and generate time study reports to support process improvement and long-term sustainability planning
