We're seeking a proactive and strategic Manager of Enterprise Operations & Compliance to support internal business functions across our growing federal contracting firm. This role ensures company-wide excellence in Quality Management (ISO 9001), CMMC readiness, holistic human capital management, and customer relationship management optimization-with a deep focus on the compliance-driven demands of federal tech services. This manager will interface directly with employees working across multiple contracts supporting different customers, teaming partners, external consultants, and internal stakeholders to align operational practices with customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and business growth.
We're a small mission focused business, not a lifestyle company. We use the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) management framework, based on Gino Wickman's book Traction. You will report to the CEO and work across multiple team members to give and receive information.
