A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities :
Enroll clients in trial courses, manage class setups, student transfers, refunds, and mailing of course materials
Recommend classes based on students' learning progress to ensure effective educational service delivery
Assist teaching staff with tasks such as gathering student feedback and coordinating schedules
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or above, with a strong interest in education-related fields
Ability to quickly learn and master necessary knowledge for the role
Strong sense of responsibility and meticulous work ethic
1-3 years of experience in education-related customer service is a plus
