We are seeking a motivated Inbound Growth Specialist to join our growing commercial team. As the first point of contact with prospective customers, you will play a critical role in converting inbound interest and in-market leads into qualified sales opportunities. You'll engage with potential customers across multiple channelsincluding inbound leads, live chat, email, and phonequalifying their needs and creating a seamless handoff to our client executives. Job Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Qualify inbound leads and conduct discovery to understand prospect needs.
  • Respond to inbound and live chat inquiries in real time or within defined SLAs to ensure no opportunity is missed.
  • Engage with prospects via live chat, phone, email, and social channels to generate new opportunities.
  • Manage in-market accounts by researching stakeholders, mapping buying centers, and identifying opportunities for outreach.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos between qualified prospects and Account Executives.
  • Log all prospect interactions and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure timely follow-up on campaigns and events.
  • Track, measure, and report on SDR activity and results, meeting or exceeding weekly / monthly targets.
  • Prioritize timely engagement with prospects to build trust and increase the likelihood of conversion.
  • Stay informed on Advarra's product portfolio, industry trends, and competitor landscape.

Location :

This role is open to candidates working remotely in the United States.

Basic Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience in sales development, business development, demand generation, or customer-facing roles
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce required) and sales engagement tools
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare / life sciences technology sales
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
  • Desire to grow into a sales, marketing, or account management career path
  • Confidence in handling objections and engaging prospects across multiple channels
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, driven, and eager to contribute to a team-oriented culture
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal) with a professional, customer-first approach
  • Physical and Mental Requirements :

  • Sit or stand for extended periods of time at stationary workstation
  • Regularly carry, raise, and lower objects of up to 10 Lbs.
  • Learn and comprehend basic instructions
  • Focus and attention to tasks and responsibilities
  • Verbal communication; listening and understanding, responding, and speaking

    The base salary range for this role is $65,000 - $110,000. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience and may vary from the amounts listed above. This position may also be eligible for a variable bonus in addition to base salary as well as health coverage, paid holidays, and other benefits.
