Tank Technician

JOB TITLE : Tank Technician

LOCATION

Houston, TX

POSITION REPORTS TO : Tank Operations Manager

SCHEDULE : Monday - Friday; 8-hour shifts. Some overtime and some weekends required.

COMPENSATION : Commensurate with experience and skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean and recondition bulk tanks, which includes repair, and painting
• Build and repair pumps and meters
• Performs industrial tank cleanings
• Performs quality checks to ensure tank and equipment is in good operating condition prior to delivery
• Ensures timeliness of tank orders are met
• Work productively without constant supervision
• Work with a team to organize and effectively run the Tank Department
• Ability to be on call and respond to spill clean-up service calls
• Other tasks and projects as assigned by manager
