Who are we looking for?
Product Owner (Onsite)
We need a skilled Banking / Wealth Management Product Owner with strong communication skills.
You'll work with senior leaders and Agile teams for top financial clients, defining requirements, managing backlogs, and prioritizing features with clients.
This is a highly collaborative environment, and you will be expected to be in workplace few days a week.
Responsibilities will include :
- Prioritize features with clients,
- Provide business expertise to engineering teams,
- Define product requirements and manage the backlog,
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria,
- Work with Agile teams.
An ideal Candidate will have-
12+ years' experience in Banking / Wealth Management in Product Owner or Business Analyst roles and 5 - 7 years relevant experience in Product Owner role.Strong knowledge of Banking / Wealth Management / Investor specific financial products (Investment, Financial Planning, Tax Planning, Estate Planning, Risk Management and Alternate investments).has lead analytics reporting teams and experience with data warehousing tools like Pentaho , Snowflake , DBT , Airflow etc.Experience working with Banking, wealth management, Investment platforms and financial instruments.Experience of having worked with North American / European financial institutions in asset and wealth management, investment management, buy side, or market infrastructure space.Exposure in Agile methodologies and tool, and bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or finance.Behavioral Skills :
Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
