Job description

Compensation : Up to $20 / HR depending on experience and location.

As a Cook / Cocinero your job includes :

  • Preparing high quality food to On The Border specifications
  • Communicating cook times, potential issues with Managers and Team Members
  • Completing assigned prep work to stock and set up stations

As a Dishwasher your job includes :

  • Providing guests and team members with clean and sanitized utensils, plates, glasses, and equipment
  • Maintaining cleanliness and maintenance of dish machine
  • Keeping the Heart of House clean and tide by sweeping and mopping floors and emptying trash cans
  • Washing plates, glassware, silverware, pots / pans, and kitchen utensils per sanitation and cleaning procedures

    • As a Prep Cook your job includes :

  • Preparing food to OTB Specifications
  • Ensuring proper rotation of all products and stocking to requirements
  • Completing assigned prep work, set up, and break down of the kitchen
  • Communicating cook times, cleaning, and sanitizing throughout your shift
