What You'll Do
Serve on a team responsible for diagnosing complex Infrastructure issues, identifying causes, and developing remediation strategies.Understand business needs and requirements to effectively design, communicate, and deliver solutions to both technical and business audiences.Contribute to documenting, monitoring, and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure while improving its posture.Assist the management of the virtual server environment. Tasks include creating new machines, patching, monitoring, testing, and physical upkeep of the hardware and cables.Assist in managing the user account and email environment. Tasks include account organization, policy enforcement, and cloud email management.Build and maintain relationships with internal leadership, business teams, IT, and external vendors.Offer technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and mentorship to peers as required.Additional duties as assigned.What You'll Bring
5+ years of experience in Information Technology with an emphasis on complex server virtualization environments and a history showing growth in roles and responsibilities.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to knowledge sharing and thorough documentation.Expert understanding of IT Systems and how they operate with an emphasis on Microsoft Server OS and Hyper-V, Environment Monitoring, and Device Management.Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Group Policy management in a multi-domain, geographically separated environment.Strong working knowledge of backup concepts and best practices.Familiarity with the TCP / IP network stack and troubleshooting end device issues, with an understanding of DHCP and DNS network services.Knowledge of Enterprise wireless networking, including troubleshooting and best practices.Must be detail-oriented and can identify, prioritize, and complete tasks on a deadline.Excellent problem-solving, high degree of flexibility as well as the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.Comfortable in fast-paced, constantly changing work environment.Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs and work in confined or tight spaces as needed to rack equipment, connect cables, and perform maintenance tasks.What We Offer
