Senior Quality Specialist

As a Senior Quality Specialist at FreeBalance you will use your expertise to lead the organizations efforts in supporting our CMMI level certification and ISO certifications. Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current processes, identify gaps, and develop a roadmap for achieving certifications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement process improvement initiatives to meet certification requirements. Establish metrics, monitor progress, and provide regular status updates to senior management.

Main Responsibilities :

• Define and document the IT companys processes, ensuring they align with CMMI and ISO standards.
• Identify process inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and develop and implement strategies to improve overall process performance
• Conduct process audits and reviews to identify non-compliance issues and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of policies, procedures, and guidelines to guide employees in complying with certification requirements.
• Generate reports on process performance, certification progress, and compliance levels for management review.
