Director Of Partnerships
We are seeking a highly motivated Director of Partnerships to lead our Account Management team and drive the success of our client relationships and strategic partnerships. This role will oversee a team of Account Managers, ensuring world-class client service, balanced resourcing across studios, and the continued growth of our business. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with a deep understanding of account management, financial oversight, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and grow the Account Management team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Define job levels, responsibilities, and development roadmaps for Account Managers.
- Oversee strategic client relationships, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term growth.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Legal, PMO, Studios) to ensure smooth execution of client engagements.
- Drive operational excellence through effective resource planning, forecasting, and contract management.
- Monitor financial performance across accounts, including budgets, forecasts, invoices, and P&Ls.
- Support studio growth by identifying opportunities to increase capacity and billable headcount.
- Provide regular reporting to leadership on client portfolio health, studio performance, and pipeline.
