Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Multifamily Account Executive, based in Greenville, SC. The Multifamily Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, preparing and presenting proposals, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will also monitor market trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications

  • Experience in account management and client relations
  • Sales skills, including cold calling and lead generation
  • Knowledge of the flooring industry and construction projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
