Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Production Workers to join our manufacturing team in Kings Mountain, NC. This role involves performing repetitive work or line assembly operations to mass-produce sheet metal components or assemble those components into a completed product. Duties include operating machinery, handling materials, and ensuring quality standards are met. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a production environment and a strong attention to detail.

The base pay range for this position is $17.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
