Job Description :

The Product Manager is responsible for leading the product development process from concept to launch and beyond. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of product management, customer needs, and market trends.

Key Responsibilities :

Define product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions

Manage product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch support

Develop and maintain product roadmaps and timelines

Gather and prioritize customer feedback to drive product improvements

Requirements :

Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

3+ years of experience in product management or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Experience with product development methodologies and tools
