Key Responsibilities
Partner with Camp Leadership to develop a learning roadmap and structure across camp brands
Guide the strategic evolution of the Learning Management System (LMS) for consistency and scalability
Establish feedback loops to continuously improve training resources and delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
5 years of experience in project management or communications
Demonstrated project management skills and experience in building L&D systems
Deep understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design
Advanced computer software skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications
