Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire product creation cycle-from initial concept development through to final sample approval.
• Design across a broad range of apparel categories, including knitwear, sweaters, tops, pants, and outerwear.
• Perform competitive and trend analysis to identify emerging styles, innovative materials, and opportunities to enhance current offerings.
• Partner with merchandising to build a seasonal assortment that aligns with strategic goals and supports both core and specialty lines (e.g., elevated collections).
• Produce precise design illustrations using Adobe Illustrator, incorporating fabric suggestions and trend insights.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including technical design, sourcing, graphics, trims, and print to ensure cohesive development.
• Review and approve fabric selections and participate in fit sessions.
• Serve as the lead liaison with manufacturing partners, providing detailed guidance on garment construction, finishes, and improvements.
• Present seasonal concepts and finalized collections to leadership, sales teams, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate product specifications are shared with Product Development for proper PLM entry and creation of detailed, production-ready tech packs.
• Occasional travel may be required.
