We are seeking a Retail Team Leader to become an important part of our team! You will help provide exemplary experience and atmosphere to every Goodwill customer through outstanding customer service and maintaining a clean, inviting, and shoppable store.

Position Type : Full-Time

Wages : $16.97 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Opening and / or closing the store, ensuring store is open during the posted hours of operations; safe, office, and outer doors are locked upon leaving the building; paperwork is done accurately, etc.
• Oversee store operations in absence of manager and assistant manager and report to them any issues that arise
• Train and evaluate store employees and / or persons served when applicable
• May be called upon to correct EBT errors
• Count down cash drawers
• Ensure all cash, deposits, and cash drawers are place in safe and that safe door is closed and locked
• Accept donated items in a safe, courteous, and efficient manner per store guidelines
• Process donated items to produce inventory for sales floor
• Follow store procedures for sales floor cashiering, customer service, merchandise handling, and upkeep
