Our Client :

This client is a growing mid-sized law firm with several locations throughout New York state. They are looking for a Litigation Associate Attorney to join their Litigation Practice group. This is an in-office position in downtown Rochester, NY. Salary is in the $100-140k range, with room at the top for the right individual. The company is known for taking care of its employees with an excellent benefits package, 401K, and a people-first environment. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity .

What To Expect As a Litigation Attorney :

• Manage all aspects of litigation cases including drafting pleadings, motions and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process
• Keep abreast of relevant legal developments and case law to ensure the highest level of representation for clients
