Registered Nurse (RN) – Nurse Manager, Medical Telemetry

Location : Margate, FL

Shift : Full-Time | 10-Hour Variable Shifts (Days / Evenings)

Employment Type : Permanent

Requirements :

  • Education : Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
  • Licensure : Active Florida RN License or Compact License (meeting Florida eligibility requirements).
  • Certifications :

    • BLS (Basic Life Support) – required within 30 days of hire.

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – required within 30 days of hire.
  • Experience :

    • Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Charge Nurse, Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC), or Nursing Supervisor in an acute care hospital.

  • At least 1 year of current acute care experience in a hospital setting.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Experience in quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records and hospital systems.

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Competitive hourly range : $38.52 – $53.70 / hour (based on experience).
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation package available as needed.
  • Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off.

    • Schedule Details :

  • 10-hour shifts, full-time days or evenings.
  • No weekend requirement.
  • 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling.
