Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and adjust nursing and ancillary schedules, payroll, reports, billing, gross pays, PTO accruals and personnel paperwork.
• Review expenditures for materials, equipment, and travel.
• Coordinate the use of facilities, services and equipment.
• Coordinate the handling of routine personnel actions.
• Assist in the resolution of operating problems and employee complaints.
• Maintain personnel records and blue folders.
• Process transactions to account for changes in appointments, salaries, titles, etc.
• Provide a variety of support services to Nursing Director, Nurse Managers, and medical / clinical / clerical staff in a fast paced customer friendly environment.
• Participate with health team members for problem solving in area management.
• Candidate must be highly motivated to provide excellent customer service, is detailed orientated, great follow up skills, and can meet tight deadlines consistently.
• Exhibit exemplary customer relation skills in interacting with various management levels and department staff. Must be able to effectively work both independent and as a team member.
• Other duties as needed.
