Job description

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Shift Leader.

As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading by example, supporting your team in delivering top-notch guest service, and ensuring the store stays clean, safe, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and support your team in delivering excellent guest service.
  • Keep operations running smoothly, including prepping food, managing inventory, and handling cash transactions.
  • Train and coach crew members to be their best.
  • Ensure the store meets all Food Safety, Brand, and Network standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred.
  • A positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A team-first mindset and passion for great coffee and customer service.
