About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Shift Leader.
As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading by example, supporting your team in delivering top-notch guest service, and ensuring the store stays clean, safe, and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example and support your team in delivering excellent guest service.
- Keep operations running smoothly, including prepping food, managing inventory, and handling cash transactions.
- Train and coach crew members to be their best.
- Ensure the store meets all Food Safety, Brand, and Network standards.
Requirements
Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred.A positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential.Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.A team-first mindset and passion for great coffee and customer service.What We Offer
