Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Overnight Dedicated Pediatric Nurse located in Springfield, MO. The Pediatric Nurse will provide compassionate and high-quality care to pediatric patients during overnight shifts. Responsibilities include monitoring patients' health conditions, administering medications, providing treatments, and keeping accurate patient records. The nurse will also collaborate with healthcare teams, communicate with family members, and ensure the safety and well-being of patients. Adherence to healthcare regulations and protocols is essential.

Qualifications

• Pediatric nursing experience and proficiency in administering medications and treatments
• Strong observational and monitoring skills, attention to detail, and ability to keep accurate records
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with healthcare teams and communicating with family members
• Compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality care to pediatric patients
• Valid RN license and CPR certification
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to overnight schedules
• Experience in a home care or hospice setting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or relevant field preferred
