Job Overview :

Perform legal research drafting of legal memoranda, motions, and pleadings.
Attend court conferences and arbitrations.
Handle discovery-related activities and investigations.
Draft position statements and dispositive motions.
Counsel clients on employment-law-related matters.

Requirements :

Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in New York.
