Transactional Support Specialist

$18.00 per hour | Full-Time | In-Office | Monday–Friday

About the Role :

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Transactional Support Specialist to join our in-office team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our daily financial operations. You’ll handle payment processing, refunds, chargebacks, and credit management while collaborating with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth, accurate transactions every day.

Responsibilities :

• Reconcile and post daily transactions across multiple merchant accounts.
• Investigate and verify suspicious transactions, reporting discrepancies or trends to management.
• Process HSI credit refund requests, including adding / redeeming credits, handling cancellations, and assisting with member inquiries.
• Support live payment processing during scheduled shifts.
• Verify insurance details for bookings and follow up with departments on outstanding items.
• Manage and respond to chargebacks promptly.
• Partner with third-party vendors to resolve billing issues.
• Perform other duties as needed to support business operations.
