Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of retention strategies and manage client relationships through bi-weekly meetings
Report on strategic KPIs and provide actionable insights to enhance client retention and revenue
Oversee campaign project management, including team delegation and quality assurance for email and SMS campaigns
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on retention
Hands-on experience with email and SMS marketing platforms, particularly Klaviyo and related tools
Proven ability to develop customer loyalty programs that enhance lifetime value
Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams
Familiarity with e-commerce technologies and trends in direct-to-consumer marketing
