• Conveniently located 2-hours from Chicago
• ERCP skills preferred
• Call schedule 1 : 3, 2-day clinic work / 3-day procedures, averaging 10 procedures / day
• Average of 2000 procedures and 1500 clinic visits annually
• Covering (3) hospitals
• Two year, income guaranteed base salary plus a work RVU production incentive
• Year three compensation based on RVU production model
• Sign-on bonus, relocation reimbursed based on lowest of two bids
