As an Allied Universal team member working in a residential location, you will focus on access control to help maintain a secure environment for residents and guests. Your responsibilities will include monitoring entry points, conducting routine patrols, and remaining visible throughout the property to help deter security-related incidents. Pay Rate : $16.60 / Hour

  • Sat 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM
  • Sun 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

    • What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to residents and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as emergency response activities when needed.
  • Monitor access points to help control entry and exit of authorized individuals at the residential location.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
  • Document observations, incidents, and activities according to site requirements and Allied Universal standards.
  • Communicate professionally with residents, guests, and property management to address concerns and provide assistance as needed.
  • Follow all site-specific post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and / or property management.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
