We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join a well-established regional law firm with offices in New Jersey and Delaware. The ideal candidate will bring strong litigation experience, sound judgment, and a proven record of managing complex commercial disputes from inception through resolution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and related commercial claims.
• Draft and argue motions, conduct discovery, take and defend depositions, and appear in court.
• Provide strategic advice to clients and work collaboratively with partners and other team members.
• Manage client relationships and contribute to business development where possible.
