About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Training and Enablement to spearhead the design, development, and execution of a comprehensive program that ensures the safe and effective implementation of AI voice agents. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Academy strategy, driving content excellence, and building a world-class knowledge management function. This role demands a senior leader with a strong background in learning and development, particularly in the context of B2B or enterprise training, and a deep understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design, and blended-learning models. The Head of Training and Enablement will also be tasked with measuring and improving the impact of the program, as well as leading a high-performing team and championing a culture of safe innovation.

Applicants for the Head of Training and Enablement position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 10 years' experience in a senior learning and development, training and enablement, or knowledge management role. A background in high-growth technology or healthcare-tech organizations is ideal. The role requires a candidate with excellent business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a deep interest in AI, voice agents, and healthcare delivery transformation. Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with systems, regulations, and challenges, is essential. The ideal candidate will also have experience with certifications, learning management systems, and content management systems, and a strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks such as HIPAA.
