Role Overview

Alden is seeking a Program Manager, a cross-organizational leader who brings structure, speed, and accountability to complex, multi-disciplinary programs. You will own the delivery rhythm that connects Alden's core divisions : Science,

Engineering, Software, Operations, Regulatory / Quality, and Strategic Partnerships. Your mission : translate strategy into execution through sprint-based cycles, transparent reporting, and a culture of predictable delivery. This role blends precision and agility, purpose-built for a company that ships both science and hardware in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Organization

• Partner with division leaders to define project scopes, deliverables, and task lists, ensuring no workstream or dependency is missed.
• Build and maintain project boards that reflect accurate tasks, owners, and deadlines.
• Establish and maintain milestone schedules for active projects across all divisions.
