This 82-bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit serves as the regional referral center providing comprehensive care to premature and sick neonates. The facility is a Level I Trauma Center, Teaching Facility, and Magnet Hospital with 820 total staffed beds. The NICU provides medical and surgical care for conditions including prematurity, respiratory distress, and neonatal surgical conditions, offering respiratory and nutritional support, ECMO / CRRT, surgical support, and pediatric palliative care. All beds are monitored beds located on the 5th floor, and the unit supports an infant home monitoring program for discharged patients requiring continued monitoring.
