Project Executive - Civil

This role is structured so that several PM's will be reporting into you t herefore, as the 'go-to' person for this firm, it is paramount to the success of the role that you have A. worked for a heavy civil GC and B. built MTA projects start to finish as a PM for a GC. Your location will be "New York City" focusing on Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn. Whilst we encourage PM's to apply ready for a step up, given the seniority of the position, it is fundamental to have project build experience from the GC perspective.

Overview :

We consider ourselves a mid-sized GC, employing roughly 30 in management. We have grown x5 in bonding and profitability in the last 10 years and have no plans to slow down. We have very little personnel turnover and we think it's down to how we treat our team. We encourage growth, we want to promote people and we compensate well because we want the best to stay with us for the long run.

We do public (MTA, USACE) and private work, involving steel, tunnel, concrete throughout the boroughs.

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking to bring someone on who can continue to inspire as the previous holder of this position did. We want someone who can be the 'go - to' for problem solving, overseeing the Project Managers within the company.

We'd love to hear from Civil Engineering professionals who have built MTA projects, ideally start to finish as we highly value tenure.
