JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Superintendent is responsible for all field-related activity, such as jobsite safety, cost, quality, and schedule on larger, more complicated projects. They work closely with management staff regarding all aspects of the project. They also communicate regularly with the Project Director, requesting support and taking direction as necessary to ensure successful project delivery. The Senior Superintendent is the lead for job site safety, quality control, and project schedule, as well as serves as the liaison with architects and consultants on all field and constructability issues. Occasional travel is required. Maintain relationships with Clients, Architects, Consultants, and Subcontractors. Daily activities are conducted to promote the company's vision, mission, and core values.
