Job Title : Customer Service Rep
This is an onsite position at our Alpine Branch.
Summary :
As a Customer Service Rep, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing and recording routine transactions for bank customers.
Wage Type : Hourly
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- opening new accounts
- resolving client concerns
- following up with clients as needed
- making appropriate referrals to bank partners
- understanding of banking software
- processing transactions for customers
- basic knowledge of consumer lending process
- opening and closing the branch
- participation in community activities and bank appointed meetings
- following bank policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements
- maintaining customer confidentiality
- basic knowledge of account types (DDA, SDA, CD, IRA, etc.)
any other duties as assigned

at least 18 years of agehigh school diploma or equivalentclerical, administrative, cash handling, sales, or customer service experienceknowledge of customer service principlesbasic computer skillsexperience with Microsoft Office and / or OutlookTalents :
