Job Details :

Collaborate with attending physicians to prepare and record patient history, develop care plans, and participate in daily rounds Utilize electronic medical records for order entry and documentation Participate in multidisciplinary rounding and quality / safety initiatives Order and perform diagnostic studies including EMG, electrocardiogram, compartment pressure measurements, and imaging studies Perform procedures such as digital blocks, regional anesthesia, and minor outpatient surgical procedures Conduct joint and bursa aspirations, closed reduction of fractures and dislocations, injections, and cast / splint applications Assist in surgery including first assist, tissue closures, and application of appliances Serve as primary orthopedic call for Emergency Department and inpatient units Participate in call coverage including weekday, weekend, and 24-hour call rotations Evaluate clinical conditions and implement treatment plans for hospitalized patients Must maintain active Oregon medical license with clear NPDB record Complete 4 hours of unpaid EPIC training (2-hour testing out option available) Credentialing timeframe minimum 60 days Full-time position with night and weekend on-call responsibilities CAQH login and password required at time of offer
