With a commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team in Cranbury, New Jersey, and are looking for a talented and dedicated individual to join us.

Position Overview :

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Cabinet Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and contractors to design custom cabinetry solutions for spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, an understanding of cabinetry construction, and excellent customer service skills to deliver designs that meet both aesthetic and functional needs.

Main responsibilities :

1. Responsible for answering customer inquiries, processing orders, contract management, shipment management, logistics, and working with internal teams to provide high-quality customer service and training, maintaining and improving customer satisfaction.

2. Resolve customer complaints and issues and provide effective solutions.

3. Track customer order status to ensure timely delivery.

4. Regularly communicate with customers, understand their needs, and establish and maintain good customer relationships. Collect customer feedback and provide suggestions for product improvement and new service development.

Requirements : Job requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree or above, no major restrictions

2. Minimum 1 years’ experience of kitchen design experience; preferably with proficiency in 2020 Design Program

3. Ability to promote customers with our new products.

4. Ability to customize products based on available inventory.

5. Fluency in English is required, Spanish proficiency is preferred
