Pediatrician Opportunity in Alamogordo, NM Position Overview : Join a dedicated team in providing comprehensive pediatric care in Alamogordo, New Mexico. This full-time position offers an excellent work-life balance in a community-centered practice. About the Role :

• Team Composition : 3 Permanent Physicians, 1 Locum Physician, 1 Director, 1 Supervisor, 1 Community Healthcare Worker, 1 Front Office Coordinator, 2 Patient Registration Interviewers, 1 Certified Medical Assistant Clinical Coordinator, and 4 Certified Medical Assistants
• Work Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM; no holidays or weekends
• Call Rotation : Shared among providers, rotating monthly
• Patient Volume : Approximately 20 patients per day
• Visa Sponsorship : H1b and J1 Visas available
