Lead and supervise the wellness team to deliver high-quality, person-centered careOversee resident assessments, individualized care plans, and medication managementCollaborate effectively with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure optimal resident health and wellnessProvide training, mentorship, and ongoing support to wellness staff to maintain compliance and clinical excellenceMonitor regulatory compliance and participate in licensing and state survey processesQualifications for a Wellness Director :
Active LPN license in the state of COMinimum of 1 year experience working in a senior living or long-term care facilityAt least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory roleStrong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple prioritiesGenuine passion for working with the geriatric populationKnowledge of current health and wellness practices and trends in senior careAnalytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and improve outcomesWoodlake Legacy Senior Living is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit.
