Position : Maintenance Technician

Pay : Starting at $20 / hr

Shift : 3rd Shift

The Lee Group is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians for an immediate opening with a valued client in Toano, VA . This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering steady third-shift work and pay starting at $20 / hr, depending on experience.

Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the upkeep, repair, and safe operation of machinery, equipment, and plant systems. Ideal candidates will have strong mechanical and electrical skills and enjoy problem-solving in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Job Responsibilities of Maintenance Technicians

• Inspect and test machinery and equipment to identify issues
• Dismantle, clean, and repair equipment as needed
• Lay out, assemble, and maintain pipe systems and hydraulic / pneumatic equipment
• Repair or replace gauges, valves, and pressure regulators
• Install and repair electrical apparatus, wiring, and components
• Program and repair automated machinery and systems
• Follow safety protocols including lockout / tagout procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
