Role Overview

The Revenue Cycle Strategy & Forecasting Analyst supports the organization by analyzing how services are reimbursed, identifying trends in payer behavior, and forecasting revenue to improve financial performance. This role focuses on connecting the dots between clinical services, billing, payer contracts, and reimbursement outcomes. The Analyst plays a key role in strengthening the revenue cycle by building financial models, evaluating policy changes, and ensuring leadership has the insights needed to make informed decisions that sustain high-quality behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Cycle Analysis & Strategy

• Analyze reimbursement across Medicaid, commercial, grant-funded, and value-based payer arrangements.
• Monitor changes in Medicaid and payer policies; evaluate their impact on billing and collections.
• Support payer contract reviews and negotiations by providing reimbursement modeling and projections.
