Prime American Living is a new rental listing and referral platform focused on the  Evansville, Newburgh, Henderson, and Owensboro  area. We help renters find apartments quickly — and reward them when they sign a lease. Our platform gives  local property owners and apartment complexes  a better, more affordable way to list their units and reach qualified renters — similar to Apartments.com and Homes.com, but built for the local market.

We’re growing fast and are looking for a  driven, persuasive, and organized Partnerships & Business Development Representative  to help us onboard  apartment complexes, landlords, and property managers  onto our platform.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Partnerships & Business Development Representative, located in Evansville IN. The Partnerships & Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing relationships with partners, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting inside sales, creating sales strategies, and communicating with potential and existing partners. The role also involves collaborating with other team members to achieve business development goals.

Qualifications

  • Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong Communication and Sales skills
  • Experience in Business Development
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
