Job descriptionDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of safety protocols and operational procedures Effective communication and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work conditions Commitment to quality, efficiency, and team collaboration Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug / alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. $36.78 to $52.53 per hour 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions Highly competitive benefits programs, including : Health Saving Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) AD&D, Short- and Long-Term Disability Coverage as well as Basic Life Insurance Paid Bonding Leave, 10 days of Paid Vacation, 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave and 10 Paid Holidays

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and coordinate daily activities of production crews to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor equipment and processes to maintain safety and quality standards
- Support training and development of team members to build operational capability
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to resolve issues
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
