What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and coordinate daily activities of production crews to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor equipment and processes to maintain safety and quality standards
- Support training and development of team members to build operational capability
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to resolve issues
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
