Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) degree, active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license, and 1+ years Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is needed for the 2025-2026 school year to support students in an elementary school setting. This contract role is based in Puyallup, WA, and requires in-person attendance throughout the assignment.
