What Youll Be Doing

• Supervise and coordinate production activities to ensure equipment and personnel operate efficiently to meet production goals.
• Oversee all aspects of the production area, ensuring products are produced and packaged in accordance with established specifications.
• Accurately document production output and any operational issues to ensure smooth shift transitions.
• Participate in mold changes and other production adjustments as needed.
• Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Promote and enforce company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
