What Youll Be Doing
- Supervise and coordinate production activities to ensure equipment and personnel operate efficiently to meet production goals.
- Oversee all aspects of the production area, ensuring products are produced and packaged in accordance with established specifications.
- Accurately document production output and any operational issues to ensure smooth shift transitions.
- Participate in mold changes and other production adjustments as needed.
- Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Promote and enforce company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Team Leadership Responsibilities :
Lead and motivate a team to perform at peak efficiency.Assess and address training needs; ensure skill development for all team members.Manage staffing levels to cover vacations, absences, and normal operations.Oversee timekeeping and attendance records.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.Collaborate with production management to address employee concerns and drive continuous improvement initiatives.What Makes You a Great Fit
