Are you a skilled MIG Welder who thrives in a fast-paced, custom fabrication setting? We’re looking for dependable and detail-oriented welders to join our team in a contract manufacturing, high mix / low volume environment where no two jobs are the same and craftsmanship is key.

What You’ll Do :

• Perform MIG welding on a wide variety of custom metal parts
• Work from blueprints, work instructions, and job travelers to meet specifications
• Set up, tack, and finish welds with a focus on quality and consistency
• Collaborate with the team to solve fitment or welding challenges on custom jobs
• Use grinders, clamps, and fixtures to ensure precision and cleanliness
• Conduct self-inspection and ensure work meets quality standards
• Maintain a proficient pace while ensuring safe and accurate welds
• Show up every day ready to learn, work hard, and contribute
