Direct Counsel is seeking a Banking & Finance Associate Attorney to join a well-established, full-service firm . This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 4–6 years of experience representing lenders in drafting commercial loan documents, including loan agreements and security documents, and closing commercial loans secured primarily by personal property.

What You’ll Do :

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial loan documents.

Close commercial loans and manage related transactions.

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing proactive, solution-oriented guidance.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and external counsel.

Manage multiple files and competing deadlines with professionalism and attention to detail.

Experienced in banking and finance transactions, with a focus on lender representation.

Compensation & Benefits :

Anticipated salary range : $160,000 – $240,000, depending on experience, geographic location, and other factors.

Eligible for an annual merit-based bonus.
