Job descriptionLead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes Develop models and reporting to evaluate business performance, investments, and new opportunities Deliver clear insights and recommendations that drive strategic decisions Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams Prepare materials for Board, investor, and executive reviews Mentor a small, high-performing finance team and enhance FP&A systems Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred) 10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, strategic modeling, and data-driven analysis Strong communication and executive presentation skills Experience implementing or optimizing reporting tools and financial systems
Title : Director of Financial Planning & Analysis
Salary : $200K+ base plus bonus
Location : Boston, MA (Hybrid)
